Inspired by our Christmas dinner experience at Hong Kong café, formerly located in North St. Augustine (closed in 2022). Our food arrived in a constant, hurried flow of red plates that eventually overtook our tabletop. All dishes were hand delivered by the owner, a notorious character who could be described as a friendlier and more personable version of Seinfeld’s Soup Nazi. The experience, and the food, was delicious.
